Privacy Policy

Vision Widget does not collect, store, or share your personal information on any server. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Vision Widget mobile app (the "App") for Android and iOS handles information. The App is provided by visionov ("we," "us," or "our").

In short:

  • No account or login is required.
  • We do not operate servers that receive your data.
  • The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
  • Subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

The content you enter in the App is stored only in the App's local storage on your device. This includes:

  • Your visions, including goals and the reasons behind them
  • Your Top 3 tasks
  • Your milestones
  • Your widget designs, layouts, and App settings

This information is never transmitted to us or to any third party. We cannot see, access, or recover it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any personal information through the App. Specifically, the App does not:

  • Require you to create an account or sign in
  • Use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs
  • Track you across other apps or websites
  • Access your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
  • Send data to any server we operate

All content in the App, including Daily Wisdom, is bundled with the App and does not require a network connection to load.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Vision+ subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not receive or store your name, email address, or payment card details.

The App checks your subscription status directly on your device through the store's own system. Google and Apple process your purchase information under their own privacy policies:

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or Apple account settings.

4. Diagnostics Provided by Google and Apple

If you have chosen to share usage and diagnostic data with Google or Apple in your device settings, they may provide us with aggregated crash reports and performance statistics. These reports do not identify you personally. This data is collected by Google or Apple, not by the App, and you can turn it off in your device settings.

5. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions it needs:

6. Device Backups

App data is excluded from Google Drive and iCloud device backups. Your App content therefore does not transfer to a new device. If we add a backup feature in the future, we will update this policy before it takes effect.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete it in two ways:

  • In the App: use the delete function to remove individual items.
  • By uninstalling the App: all App data, including widget data, is permanently removed from your device.

Because we never receive your data, we cannot restore it after deletion.

8. When You Contact Us

If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, and no longer than 1 year, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Because the App does not collect personal information, you control your data directly on your device. Depending on where you live, you may also have the rights below regarding any information you send us by email. To exercise them, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. We process support emails based on our legitimate interest in responding to you. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • United States (including California under the CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold about you. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
  • Republic of Korea (Personal Information Protection Act): You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by local law (16 in some EEA countries, 14 in Korea). If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

Your App data is protected by your device's built-in security, such as your screen lock and operating system encryption. Because your data is not transmitted to us, it is not exposed to server-side breaches.

12. International Users

The App is available worldwide. Because your data stays on your device, it is not transferred across borders. Support emails are handled by visionov in the Republic of Korea.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, such as adding a feature that sends data off your device, we will update the effective date and notify you in the App or on our website before the changes take effect.
